Some Of My Favorite Books

Hey guys, what’s going on? I’m still out of town, and using my phone to type this, but I have an obligation to uphold. So, here I am. Trying to figure out another topic for the day. Conspiracy theories? Funny events? Favorite shows? I’m listing these more for myself. How about we talk about books, I guess? Do you guys love to read as much as I do? Does most of your income go directly into new books, e-boooks, or audio books? I have a serious problem, but I don’t see myself trying to fix it. Try and stop me Intervention. What books do you guys love? Personally, I will read anything given to me, for the most part, but my top is Stephen King. Huge inspiration for me. His dialogue is the most real I’ve seen, and the way he writes abcharacters thoughts are so accurate with how people think in he situation he puts them in. Dan Brown is also great. Da Vinci Code series, if you didn’t know. I’ve been diving into a lot of George Orwell and books of that nature. Revolution and people overcom

Busy Busy Busy

Hello, Hello, Hello again everyone. Can I just say how proud I am of... myself. I mean, I am really impressed that I've been able to continue writing this blog everyday for this amount of time. It hasn't been easy, but the daily alarm keeps me on track, and I'm getting better at thinking of topic ideas on the fly. The only thing that I'd like to work on is really getting into more detail with some of the things I talk about. I know a few I have gone in pretty deep, but there are other times where I only mention the topic, say a sentence or two, and then call it quits. I need to double down on what I'm talking about because I do want to get my full thoughts out there. I am considering the podcast idea more and more. I think it would be more of an outlet, and since I have my scripts, book, short stories, and now my new writing job I need time away from a screen. It really damages my eyes to sit in front of my computer all day and a podcast would help me separate fro

Dreams are Weird

Hello again, everyone. Have any of you ever had really weird dreams? I’m assuming you have. Everyone does at some point or another. I hardly dream that much, and when I do it’s either really scary or really weird, and I think that’s unfair. Why do we have weird dreams? Psychologists say it’s because our mind is processing the day we just had and trying to find reason in all the information. Freud says it’s all sexual thoughts surfacing after a day of suppressing them. I don’t know the cause, but I do know it’s odd. Like last night. Last night, all I can remember really is an idea that it’s possible to bring things from your dream into the real world, but to do that you have to sign a bunch contracts, and that’s why we don’t bring stuff out. Too much work. And, that was followed by a strange Kung fu chase scene involving me leading actor Paul Bettany to safety while fighting off a bunch of dudes. It was a strange way to wake up. Maybe that’s why we sometimes can’t remember our dream

Life Is Like A Video Game

People, have you ever thought that the world you live in is a lie? That maybe we're all just computer programs that have no actual  free will, but artificial  free will? Don't freak out, I'm only referring to the Matrix. Remember those movies? I love them, and I was recently talking about their philosophies and themes. It was really screwing with my mind, as most existential thoughts will do to anyone, and I started tunneling through the internet to find more ideas that strengthen this theory. Now, I am happy to share these ideas with all of you. Elon Musk Believes It I want to start this list off with a surprising bang. The genius inventor and CEO of Tesla and SpaceX has said in an interview, "There’s a one in billions chance we’re in base reality." This means that Musk believes more likely than not that our world is just an extremely sophisticated computer simulation. (JSYK Neil DeGrasse Tyson also believes this and puts the odds at 50/50) Musk elabora

Benefits of Meditation

Hey everyone! Welcome to another post. Today, I want to talk about something that I think will be extremely helpful for many people. Meditation. It's not just for monks in old Eastern movies anymore. It's hit a big trend lately, I, myself, have been doing it for the last few years, and it's helped me in many ways. I use meditation for a lot of different things, and for different reasons. To help me sleep, relaxation, to clear my mind, and it's amazing the benefits that come with it. I know what you're thinking: "But, I don't want to sit cross-legged on the floor for hours repeating a sound. I don't need to find enlightenment or anything." Common misconception from those old movies I was talking about. While meditation can be used to broaden one's mind, it can be done by anyone for any reason. And, you don't need to sit cross-legged with your hands resting on your knees. Just find a position that is comfortable to you, and you can stay

New Job Update

Hey there, everyone! Just a quick update today, I think. Just want to get some news out into the world for all you readers. Today, I began my new job as a contributing writer for an online media source. The company is NXT Modern, an online media source that gives helpful tips for millennial women. All-natural, organic, DIY, face masks, yoga, Feng Shui- stuff like that. So, my job is to write those articles for the website. That's about it. It has a strong Pinterest feel to it, which I like because I love Pinterest. It has the look because all the articles that are made on the website are linked directly to the company Pinterest account. So, after I write my article on whatever the topic I choose, I will design what the Pinterest pin will look like. If what I wrote is approved, it goes up on the website. Easy Peasy. Honestly, I think that's it for the day. Just a simple update post for you all. Also, make sure to visit NXT Modern's website if you need any ideas for you
